1. Order Verification

  • Customers will receive verification calls before order dispatch.

  • Your phone number must be switched ON and able to receive local calls/SMS.

  • If the number is off, unreachable, or not answered, the order will be automatically cancelled.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Requirements

  • Provide a complete and accurate address with active phone number.

  • Customer must be available to receive the parcel on delivery day.

  • Please do not refuse the parcel after confirmation; unnecessary refusal may result in blocklisting.

  • Courier charges are non-refundable.

  • For high-value orders, advance payment may be required.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after verification.

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days across Pakistan.

  • Shipping charges typically range from Rs. 200–300, depending on the city.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier load, or public holidays.
