SO FINE – Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy (7 Days)

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Product must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and untouched condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Returns are only accepted for:

    • Wrong item received

    • Damaged or defective product

  • Change of mind is not accepted.

  • Customer will pay return courier charges unless the product is faulty.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 3–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the product is not in original condition, refund will be declined.


3. Exchange Option

  • Customers can choose an exchange instead of refund (size/color if available).

  • Exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
