SO FINE – Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Policy (7 Days)

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Product must be in unused, unworn, unwashed, and untouched condition.

All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

Returns are only accepted for:

Wrong item received

Damaged or defective product

Change of mind is not accepted.

Customer will pay return courier charges unless the product is faulty.
2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Refund will be processed via bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 3–7 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product is not in original condition, refund will be declined.
3. Exchange Option

Customers can choose an exchange instead of refund (size/color if available).

Exchange shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
